Introduction

The Mizumi Sushi Menu Redesign is a three-screen menu flow I reworked to improve clarity, navigation, and visual hierarchy. I created both mid-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes before building a semi-functional prototype that streamlines browsing, item selection, and customization. This project focuses on making the dining experience feel faster, clearer, and more modern while keeping the restaurant’s identity intact.

Conclusion

The redesigned Mizumi Sushi menu flow demonstrates how thoughtful layout, clearer hierarchy, and modern visuals can transform a simple ordering process into a smoother, more intuitive experience. By developing mid-fidelity wireframes, refining them into polished high-fidelity screens, and building a semi-functional prototype, I was able to highlight key improvements across three consecutive menu pages. The final design maintains the restaurant’s identity while offering a cleaner, more efficient path for users to browse, choose, and customize their order.
